The best place to be during a heatwave is underground where the air is cool and fresh. Any excuse to go ‘rock bothering,’ creating more space to work in Can of Worms and reducing boulders at the bottom of the pot in the Soft South!
Emerged to a very warm surface! On the way home stopped at the Hunters’ for the customary post-digging refreshments.
